Freshly roasted 100% high altitude arabica. A blend of two varieties of Bourbon and Pacas from the western region of El Salvador, harvested 800- 1300m above sea level (SHG). This coffee has a smooth body with a pleasant aroma, a very balanced taste with bitterness and acidity, an aftertaste lingering long on the palate.
