The best coffee comes from aluminium espresso machines, as the coffee patina is best formed on aluminium, making the coffee more delicious.

How to use: pour water into the bottom part up to the crease, put a filter into which you pour the ground coffee. You screw the top of the coffee machine to the bottom and place it on the stovetop. On a gas stove, the flames must not exceed the bottom of the espresso machine. The coffee will overflow into the top pot and you can serve it in cups.
