The Bialetti Moka Induction has a similar design to the original Moka Express with its characteristic octagonal shape, but is made of materials that allow efficient use on induction hobs. The main body is made of stainless steel, which is a magnetic material compatible with induction heating.
Moka Induction works on the basis of water in the lower chamber and ground coffee in the middle section. As the cooktop heats up, pressure is created in the lower chamber, which pushes the water up through the ground coffee into the upper chamber, creating a rich and aromatic espresso-like coffee.
